Corflute (Corrugated plastic)
Corflute or corrugated plastic is a rigid hollow fluted plastic sheet that is manufactured from lightweight extruded polypropylene.

Applications: Builders, Excavation and Demolition Fence advertising signs, Safety Signs, Real Estate Signs, Event & Promotional Signs, Exhibition & Trade Show signs, Point of Sale Displays.

Properties: Lightweight, durable, waterproof and recyclable. Corflute materials can be easily cut to shape. Although recommended for short term signage, it can last outdoors for up to 2 years in some environments.

ALUMINIUM COMPOSITE SHEET
Aluminium composite sheet products are also commonly called as Alucobond, Alupanel and Dirabond. It comprises 0.3mm coloured or white aluminium sheet with a Polyethylene core.

All finishes come with a 3-year finish Guarantee.

Applications: Any long term outdoor or indoor signage.

Properties: Lightweight, durable, waterproof.
EXPANDED FOAM PVC
An expanded PVC closed cell structure gives an ideal combination of strength, medium weight and water resistance.
Common names: Foamex, Pal light and Sintra

​Applications: Suitable for long term indoor and medium term outdoor Signage, exhibitions, point of sale displays.

Properties: It is a lightweight, flexible and waterproof material that can be printed on, from 1mm up to 10 mm thickness.
SIGNSHEET WHITE STEEL
Durable Colorbond Steel of high-quality white steel sheet for signage manufacturing.

Applications: Suitable for long term outdoor Signage.

Properties: Durable and Weather Resistant.
ACRYLIC
Our high-quality plastic acrylic sheet materials have exceptional weatherability, strength, clarity and versatility.

Applications: Suitable for long term outdoor Signage, 3D lettering, backlit signs, reception area signs.

Properties: High-gloss finish suitable for indoor and outdoor signage, durable and UV resistant.

Colours: Available in clear, opal, and various colours

FOAM CORE
Our foam board materials are lightweight polystyrene core, sandwiched between card paper liners.

Applications: Suitable for short to medium term indoor Signage, exhibition and point of sale displays. They can be printed directly to or used for mounting posters.

Properties: Lightweight with a matt finish.

Common Names: Foamex, Foamcore, Kapaplast
Sizes: 2440 x 1220 x 5,10 and 20mm thickness. also available in over size sheets 3050 x 1500mm
GATORFOAM
Applications: Suited to any type of display and printing

Properties: Lightweight, high rigidity and flatness

Sizes: Available in sheet sizes of 1.22m x 2.44m x 5, 10 and 19mm

Colours: Black and White
KAPAPLAST
Kapaplast is a lightweight polyurethane foam board with plastic coated liners.

Applications: Suited to internal display work.

Properties: It is lightweight with good rigidity characteristic giving a bright white surface for clean and sharp printed graphics.
BANNER VINYL
A banner vinyl is a PVC flexible material with knitted webbing for extra strength that comes in 440gsm front lit, single sided print or 560gsm for double sided print.

Applications: Suitable for medium term outdoor and long term indoor signage, exhibition and displays. It is generally finished with hemmed edges, ropes and eyelets for easy installations. It is also suitable for long term outdoor or indoor signage.Double sided printing is optional.

 It is also typically used for interchangeable vehicle signage.

Properties: Lightweight, flexible and excellent weather resistant capabilities. It can be printed on both sides. 
PVC BANNER MESH
Commonly used for advertising on chain wire fences and scaffolding. It has 300gsm with a perforation allowing wind to pass through. Shade Cloth is also used for this application, and is less expensive but print quality is inferior to the PVC product.
SCREEN BOARD (Card)
Our screen board (card) is available in various thicknesses of up to 2mm.
Ace Screenboard: Fibre based premium coated display board with a super smooth surface to enhance print results. FSC certified and easily recycled.
Ace Screenboard Kraft: Fibre Based uncoated display board with a natural kraft surface on both sides. FSC certified and easily recycled.
Ace Outdoor: 100% fibre based display board designed for short term wet and moisture sensitive environments. Coated both sides with a white surface. ​FSC certified and easily recycled.
Re-board®: Re-board® is the original rigid paperboard with a unique engineered fluted core. Perfect for short-to-medium term structural applications, POS displays, shop fit-out, exhibition booth construction, set construction, complex shapes and structures. Available in white and kraft finish and the board is fully recyclable as paper.
 


Applications: Economical short term promotional signage.

Properties: Lightweight and can be printed double sided.
SELF ADHESIVE VINYL for Stickers or Decals
We offer a comprehensive range of Self Adhesive Vinyl products for either interior or exterior applications.

Some of the most commonly used vinyl:
  • Standard Self Adhesive Vinyl - An economically priced monomeric self-adhesive vinyl ideal for short term promotional stickers and self-adhesive graphics on flat surfaces, as well as for Real Estate application.
  • 3 - 5 Year Self-Adhesive Vinyl - A 75 micron, monomeric self-adhesive vinyl ideal for medium term outdoor applications on flat surfaces.
  • 5 - 7 Year Self Adhesive Vinyl - A premium 75 micron, polymeric self-adhesive vinyl ideal for long term outdoor applications on flat or convex curves.
  • Gloss Clear Self Adhesive Vinyl - A 3 to 5-year, gloss clear polymeric vinyl with an up to 2 year removable acrylic adhesive. (Removable adhesive allow for the vinyl to be removed from the surface without leaving a residue.)
  • 10-Year Outdoor Self Adhesive Vinyl - A 10 warranted year, highly conformable gloss white vinyl for long term outdoor fleet marking applications; suitable for either flat, curved, embossed surfaces or fixing over rivets.
One Way Vision Film
One way vision film is a mid-term self-adhesive vinyl film with perforation holes. This product can be supplied for either an internal and external application. It has a black block out adhesive which when viewed from inside the window allows you to see outside through the holes and when viewed from the outside you cannot see the inside of the premises but only the image printed on it. An optic clear over laminate is recommended for this product.
Optic Clear Film
Unlike standard self-adhesive film which can display a slighty frosted appearance when unprinted, Optic clear is as the name suggests. It is excellent solution for printed graphics to glass office partitioning and frosted graphics where large parts of a graphic is not totally opaque.     
DOUBLE SIDED ADHESIVE
Standard Double sided adhesive 
Used for mounting prints to the reverse side of clear substraights such as acrylic panels and glass windows. Can be used for double sided displays
Removable & Repositional Double sided adhesive
Newly developed double sided adhesive which is designed directly for the retail industry. This product is mounted to single or double sided posters and can be installed by anyone without any bubbles. Product can be repositioned several times and removed residue free.
