Corflute signs are the ideal choice for any short or medium term, indoor or outdoor signage need. While the corflute sign is not recommended for long term use, it still offers many qualities. Corflute signs provide an affordable option, with an the advantage of being a strong and durable, lightweight, water resistant product.
Corflute is known by many other names including Flute Board, Multi Flute, Coreflute, Core Flute, Coroplast, Multicor, Supercor Corrugated Plastic and Polypropylene Sheet. Generally they are all the same products, but named differently by different manufacturers and suppliers.
We only use an Australian manufactured corflute, and have found the Australian corflute to be of superior quality to any of the imported corflute, currently being widely used.
Corflute panels are available in sheets sizes up to 2.4 metres x 1.2 metres, with thicknesses of 3mm, 3.5mm, 5mm and 8mm. Any size corflute sign can be ordered within these dimmensions.
The corflute material is a twin walled, extruded, polypropylene fluted sheet with hollow sections connected by vertical ribs. It is made from polypropylene co-polymer giving superior rigidity and strength to weight ratio, compared to most other solid sheet signage materials.

The corflute signs are printed with a digital printer, and not screen-printed. This allows for the incorporation of unlimited colours and inclusion of any full colour images if required. This eliminates excessive screen set up costs. Although the Corflute Signs are generally recommended for short-term use, but can last outdoors up to 2 years in certain favorable conditions.
Free Standing Cut to Shape Corflute Displays: We can produce effective corflute signage cut to the shape of an image. This point of sale style marketing is a very effective attention grabbing method. The size of the display can be up to 2.4m x 1.2m. The supporting back strut, folds flat for easy storage or transporting.
For increased strength and durability, we can fit metal eyelets to each corner of the signs, making it ideal for using cable ties for easy attachment to wire fencing. For extra protection the corflute signs can be over laminated with a clear film, providing extra protection from UV colour fade and vandalism.
Your Corflute Signs can be produced from artwork supplied by you, or your own designer. Otherwise we can design and create the artwork for you. Simply supply us the wording required, let us know if you have preference for a particular colour scheme and any images and company logo if required.

The black corflute sheeting is available in 1.8m and 2.4m x 1.2 x 2.7mm comes in packs of 25. Also available are the 5mm thick corflute sheets, when extra protection is required during office fit outs and demolition. These corflute sheets are available in many different sizes up to 2.4m x 1.2m but are only available in white. The white corflute is available in 10 sheets per pack
